Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used for the purposes for which they were provided, based on the user's contracting of the service, as well as for the control of the established contractual relationship and, specifically for:
- Manage access complete and correct use of the services by users, as well as monitoring their requests.
- Manage the processing of services before the entities responsible for issuing certificates such as Civil Registries, Justice of the Peace Courts, Town Councils, persons responsible/managers of the certification process and the document delivery/logistics company.
- Carry out invoicing and accounting respective to the requests and contracted services.
- Communicate with users in response to incidents, requests, comments and questions you send us through the Services or the contact forms on our website.
- Communications: We may send you emails, messages and other types of communication in reference to the contracted service, technical issues and changes to them. These communications are considered part of the services and you cannot opt out of them.
We will not process your personal data for any unsolicited advertising service, nor will they be transferred to third parties unless strictly necessary for the achievement of the contracted service, nor will they have any other purpose beyond those described above unless required by law or a judicial order.
Retention period: The personal data provided will be retained and processed for as long as the service provision relationship is maintained, without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your right to erasure, in which case www.certificadosregistrocivil.com will block your data for as long as your legal obligations persist.
The personal data of individuals interested in receiving information about the services will be kept in the system indefinitely until the interested party requests their erasure.

Similarly, for the completion of the contracted service, it is necessary to transfer data to the courier and logistics companies with which we work, in which case the personal data will be exclusively those necessary to send you the requested documentation.
By accepting the Management Conditions, you expressly consent to these transfers. In the event of revocation of your consent, we will not be able to continue providing you with the Services.
Rights of data subjects.
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not www.certificadosregistrocivil.com is processing personal data concerning them. In particular, you may exercise the following rights before www.certificadosregistrocivil.com:

Retention of certain data: SCIP informs that, in compliance with the provisions of Law 25/2007, of 18 October, on the retention of data relating to electronic communications and public communication networks, it must retain and preserve certain traffic data generated during the development of communications for the purpose of transferring them to the legitimate authorities, when the legal circumstances provided therein occur.
Security measures: We adopt the necessary data protection measures to prevent information loss, data alteration, or unauthorised access to it.
